Validity and Reliability of Practical Teaching Practice Instruments among Construction Technology Lecturers in Vocational Colleges

Teaching practicum is one of the important aspectsof professional education, especially teaching in field Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET). This study aimed to identify validity reliability instrument construction technology at vocational colleges. deployed a mixed method approach using quantitative qualitative analysis. The instruments comprised questionnaire, observation review, interview protocol that were modified ensure compliance with set objectives. was implementedbased on predetermined procedures it met measurement standards for reliability. research conducted content face constructed either by construct determination, expert validation, orfactor analysis methods. Meanwhile, implemented triangulation, evaluation, review pilot participants. overall findings showed high level after some improvements implemented. Cronbach’s alpha test 0.90 above each item determined. Cohen kappa analysesyielded value 0.87 interviews 0.83 observations.This thus could be used actual study.
